The UNTAMED sunglasses are wooden handmade so no two are alike. In our sunglasses can be found some characteristics of wood imperfections, which does not mean they are defective but make them different from the rest of sunglasses.

The customer, after receiving the product, have a period of fourteen days to exercise versus Untamed World SL its withdrawal or revocation in accordance with the rules of distance sales regulated in the Law on Retail Trade. After this period, the products shall be considered as compliant and accepted by the customer can not claim. 3) Product reference number

4) Number of units for which a refund is requested

5) The reasons for return

Upon receiving this information, Untamed World S.L. It reserves the right to authorize or not requested (RMA) depending on the state of the product and, if necessary, your warranty. Only the return of the product will be accepted if the following circumstances:

a) That the customer returns the product without unsealing and in the same condition as it was delivered, that is in its original packaging and customer registration.

b) on the shipping label clearly the return number (RMA), obtained from the Customer Service Department of Untamed World SL appears (Never on the packaging).

If it is found to recepcionar a product that does not meet the requirements of the RMA, the customer will be returned freight collect. The customer, from product acceptance, have a period of seven days to send Untamed World SL, by email or certificate, any claim relating to invoices.

In any case the user shall bear the costs of transport and return of the product that can generate their and, where appropriate, compensation for the damage to the object of purchase, all without considering penalty and except for the value of the product would be reinstated as soon as possible.
